Home and Community Choice was formed in response to the shortage of adequate care and support available for the special needs community in our local community. Our founder recognized that families with special needs individuals often faced significant challenges in finding compassionate and personalized in-home services that catered to their unique needs.
The shortage of care in the community left many families feeling underserved, overwhelmed, and without the necessary resources to provide the best possible care for their loved ones. This gap in services inspired us to take action and create a Home and Community Choice specifically dedicated to meeting the needs of these families.
